John “Jack” Haley comes to VT Miltope after completing a distinguished Army Career including two deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, time as the 38th Chief of Ordnance, and most recently as the Commanding General, 593rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary).

Brigadier General Jack Haley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
